Her creative marketing skills are not only exceptional, well-thought out and extremely high caliber, but they take every aspect of a program into account to ensure nothing is missing. I had the opportunity to partner with Linda on the roll-out of a global program with a goal of connecting all employees to the Company’s Value and Mission to strengthen the culture and bolster overall performance and retention. Not only was the rollout timeline very tight, but it was during the early months of the pandemic. Linda’s organization, efficiency, work ethic and ability to multi-task, allowed us to achieve our goal. She quickly understood the needs of the multitude of stakeholders involved – from Executives to the front line, their different communication needs and styles, and the global needs and nuances of the business.
