Our Story
Linda Hagerty-Dotterer is the founder of LHD Communications. She has been in the communications industry for many years leading teams and initiatives for Fortune 500 Companies such as Campbell Soup, Comcast, and Novo Nordisk. She also spent nearly a decade with Mercer, a global consulting firm, partnering with clients on their communication needs. Linda has also been a communications adjunct professor at La Salle University. In addition to communications, Linda has extensive experience in change management, culture, engagement, project management and HR strategy development.
Like many others, Linda re-evaluated her life and her career coming out of the global pandemic. She began questioning how she spent her time and where she could have the greatest positive impact while still doing the meaningful work she loves.
The answer… double-down on her passion and expertise to form her own Communication consultancy. This very personal decision was based on her belief in the power of employee communications to engage, inspire and build trust.
